I am joyfully practicing naturopathic medicine in two Guelph locations:

Hours: Wed. 9am-3pm, Thurs. 3pm-7pm

Gordon Street Chiropractic Centre

Tel.: 519.837.0411

My family practice includes a special focus on perinatal medicine, including preconception care to prepare the body for pregnancy, promoting fertility, addressing infertility, supporting a healthy pregnancy and labor, postpartum and infant care as well as pediatrics. My favourite naturopathic healing modalities to work with are whole-foods clinical nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathy and mind-body therapies. I also provide cosmetic acupuncture (Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture) as a whole-person treatment with restorative benefits for the skin and face, and the Bowen technique for musculoskeletal conditions.

Your health care experience will be caring, compassionate and empowering, focusing on YOU and addressing all of your health concerns throughout the course of care. You may choose to receive naturopathic care as your primary or complementary health care, whether for a chronic condition or acutely e.g. a fever, cold or flu, an injury, an emotional upset, etc.

I believe in education (the principle "docere" or "doctor as teacher) and always welcome your questions. You can contact me at my office telephone numbers or by email at drliz@guelphnaturopathic.com.

You can also frequently find me speaking about naturopathic health care topics from native medicinal plants to fertility to pediatrics. Check www.guelphnaturopathic.com/events for upcoming naturopathic educational events in our community.
